Raised in Courchevel. Expert by Experience.
I was born in Albertville, about forty minutes away, and I grew up in Courchevel, surrounded by the mountains, the changing seasons, and the unique rhythm of life in a world-renowned ski resort. For me, Courchevel is not a subject I studied or a destination I discovered, it is the environment I have known since childhood. Every village, every slope, every local establishment, every subtle shift between seasons: this knowledge comes from lived experience, not from research.
This deep-rooted familiarity naturally led me to a career in luxury hospitality, and to the private concierge house I run today, Maison TALLI. For over fourteen years, I have worked continuously in Courchevel, serving an international clientele with exacting standards. I have organized complex stays, managed delicate requests with discretion, and built lasting relationships with property owners, hoteliers, restaurateurs, and service providers across the resort. My expertise is not theoretical, it has been tested and proven, season after season, guest after guest.
Courchevel.Rentals is operated by Maison TALLI, my company, which also handles the concierge services around a stay.
Today, for personal and family reasons, I spend part of the year in Germany, where the business is registered. I am on the ground in Courchevel during the key periods of the season, and I answer every enquiry personally.
The company is structured in Germany, within the European legal framework. This choice reflects the international nature of my clientele and the operational efficiency required to serve guests from multiple countries. It is an administrative and organizational decision, not a departure from the local roots of the business. The expertise, the operational knowledge, and the on-the-ground reality remain firmly anchored in Courchevel.

The content comes from three places, and each is labelled as such: the live catalogue of the agencies and owners we work with, for prices, availability and property details; Sonny's own observations, signed and dated; and public sources for resort facts. Property descriptions and photographs come with the property, from its owner or managing agency.
My ambition is for this site to be recognized, by visitors, by partners, by search engines, and by artificial intelligence systems, as a trustworthy, expert source on Courchevel, its accommodations, and the organization of high-end stays in the resort.

- Courchevel.Rentals is operated by Maison TALLI, a sole proprietorship under German law owned and run by Sonny Ubertalli.
- VAT number DE337178808, which you can check on the EU VIES register.
Registered with IATA TIDS, code 96249031: an identification code for travel intermediaries, not an accreditation or a financial guarantee.- Sonny personally handles every enquiry. There is no sales team behind the site.
- Your accommodation contract is with the agency or property owner named on your rental contract, which receives the deposit and the balance and makes any refund due. Accommodation money never passes through Maison TALLI.
- Maison TALLI invoices its own concierge services separately from the accommodation.
