For serious skiers, our ski-in/ski-out page keeps two things apart: the properties verified on the ground, and the recorded piste distances. 23 properties are verified ski-in/ski-out by a recorded field check. 58 of the 140 properties with a recorded piste distance are within 50 m of a piste (28 October 2026), 32 of them in Courchevel Village. Distance to a piste is not the same as verified ski-in/ski-out access.
