Browse the collection, pick your dates, and send an enquiry. You get an answer within 24 hours, and it comes from one person rather than a queue. Your rental contract is then signed directly with the agency or property owner named on it, and no intermediary fee is added on our side.

Most chalets show a published weekly price: the lowest open seven-night winter week, shown as "from". A few show no price yet; ask us and we check it for you. Weekly rates start at €1,050 for the smallest apartments and depend on village, size and service level. The highest weekly price recorded in our catalogue snapshot on 25 September 2026 was €298,000, for the week starting 27 December 2026. Peak weeks run 38-43% at Christmas and in the week of 6 February (French Zone C holidays), and 75-79% at New Year and in the February peak week of 13 February, measured against a normal January week on the same properties. Sonny confirms price and availability for your dates.

We do not publish a booking window. Christmas, New Year and February half-term go first, the rest of the season does not, and the honest answer depends on the week and the size of the party. Tell us the week and we will say what is still open.

Chalets here are rented in whole weeks of seven nights, and several weeks can follow one another for a long winter stay. The changeover day is Saturday for almost the whole catalogue, and a small number of chalets run Sunday to Sunday instead. The search on our properties page accepts both days, so a Sunday week will not hide those chalets from you. During quieter periods, shorter stays may be available on select properties, so ask us for your dates.

Yes. A Courchevel chalet or apartment can be rented for a long stay of two weeks up to a month over December and January, depending on availability, so ask early. Stays always run in whole weeks, Saturday to Saturday, and sometimes Sunday to Sunday. From two weeks onwards, the price can be discussed a little. If Christmas and New Year both fall inside your stay, those two weeks stay at the listed price, while the week before Christmas and the week after can be discussed. Requests for the holidays start arriving in August, and the earlier you ask, the better. Housekeeping and linen changes are done when the level of service of the property includes them, and not otherwise. 180 properties are listed at or under about €1,500 a night (€10,500 a week).

Standard check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. Those are the times in our Terms and Conditions and they hold on most properties. Whether you can get in earlier or stay later comes down to one thing: whether the chalet is empty the night before or the night after. In the peak weeks it almost never is, because one group leaves in the morning and the next arrives that afternoon. Ask us for your dates and we will look at that chalet's calendar rather than give you a general answer.

You pay 25 percent of the rental price to confirm the booking, and the balance falls due one month before you arrive. Both payments go directly to the agency or property owner named on your rental contract: that party invoices the accommodation and receives the money. Accommodation money never passes through Maison TALLI. Both figures come from the seasonal rental contract used for the bookings we arrange, in its 4 September 2026 version, signed between you and that agency or owner. The contract states expressly that the sum is paid as an acompte and not as arrhes, which under French law means the commitment is firm on both sides rather than a sum either party can walk away from. The booking is firm once the agency or property owner has confirmed the property, the contract documents are in place and that agency or owner has received the payment. We can pass the confirmation on to you; we never receive the payment. If the balance is not settled one month before arrival, the agency or property owner may cancel the booking within the following five days, and refunds the 25 percent directly to you if the property is re-let for the same dates at the same rate. These are the terms of that contract, not an average of what other people in the resort do. The full wording is in our Terms and Conditions.

The rental contract sets two steps, not three. From booking until 31 days before arrival, you lose the 25 percent paid at confirmation. From 30 days before arrival to the arrival day itself, no-show included, the full stay is due. One exception is written in: if the property is re-let for the same dates at the same price, the agency or property owner named on your rental contract refunds you directly, less a 5 percent administrative fee. Leaving early once the stay has started gives no refund. That is the wording of the 4 September 2026 version of the contract, and it is why we tell every guest to hold cancellation insurance, which we do not sell. If the agency or property owner itself has to cancel, for the act of a third party or a natural disaster, it owes you alternative accommodation of the same category at no extra cost and, where none can be found, a full refund paid directly to you. A refund of accommodation money always comes from that agency or owner: Maison TALLI never holds that money, so we can chase a refund for you but cannot make it ourselves.

Most properties ask for one, and the question behind the question is whether the money leaves your account. The security deposit is held by the agency or property owner named on your rental contract, never by Maison TALLI, and it takes the form that contract sets. In the normal case the money does not leave your account: the contract takes a card imprint during the month before arrival and never debits it. Where the contract states that the deposit is to be cashed, it is paid by transfer to that agency or owner together with the balance instead. Where the owner has declared the figure, you see it on the property page as the security deposit before you commit to anything. If nothing went wrong in the chalet, the contract returns it no later than one month after your departure. One thing we will not pretend: we are not the ones holding it, so we cannot release it ourselves. We can chase it and tell you where it is.

We recommend it, and we do not sell it, so you buy it from your own insurer. Two things make it matter here. First, look at the cancellation terms on this page: from 30 days before arrival, a cancellation costs the full amount. Insurance does not change that. It is what can pay you back, depending on your policy. Second, we act as an intermediary and booking coordinator between you and the agency or property owner, so we are not responsible for what the owner does, for injury or lost belongings during your stay, or for events outside anyone's control. Your own policy is what covers those.

The security deposit is what covers damage, and it sits apart from the rental money. One figure is worth knowing before you sign rather than after: the rental contract bills any repair at cost plus 20 percent in management fees, in its 4 September 2026 version. We will be honest with you about our part in it: we do not decide what comes out of it. The departure inspection is run by the owner or by the managing agency, and the deduction is their decision, not ours. The chalet is not ours either. So the thing that actually protects you happens on day one, not on the last day. Anything already broken, missing or dirty when you walk in has to be on record before anyone looks at your deposit. The next answer is how to do that.

Tell us the same day, and send a photo. There is a WhatsApp button on every page of this site, and the number is +33 6 59 86 74 66. A photo taken on the day you arrive is what separates a fault you found from a fault you caused, and it is the only thing that will still hold up weeks later when the deposit is settled. And here is the limit, which we would rather you know before you book than after: the repair belongs to the owner or to the managing agency, so we cannot promise you a time on it. What we do is put your report to them and tell you what they answer.

They come with the property, from the owner or from the managing agency. We do not shoot them and we do not retouch them. That cuts both ways and you should know which way: the images are not dressed up by us, and we cannot put a date on every photograph on this site. What we can do is answer a question about one chalet. If what you want to check is the view from the terrace, the state of the kitchen, or what has been built next door, ask us about that chalet, and we will tell you what we know and what we do not.

The bedroom number you see is a count, and a count is all it is. It does not tell you whether every room has a window, how wide the beds are, or whether one of those rooms is a mezzanine open onto the living room. We would rather write that here than let you find it out on a Saturday evening with your bags in the hall. If the sleeping arrangement matters for your group, and with children or with two couples it always does, ask us for the room by room detail on that chalet before you pay anything. 113 of the 267 properties in our catalogue list a bathroom with a shower or a bath for every bedroom (property data read on 27 October 2026). That data does not say whether each bathroom is private and opens onto its bedroom alone, which is what en-suite means: ask for it with the room by room detail.

Read the status first, then the number, and check that there is one. 23 of our properties are verified ski-in/ski-out: ski departure and ski return were both checked on the ground. For the others, on 141 properties the door-to-piste distance is recorded; on the other 127 the field is empty, and an empty field is not a short distance. Where the figure exists, the property page shows it in metres, together with the distance to the nearest lift, and it comes from the property data rather than from our writing. A distance is not the same as verified ski-in/ski-out access. Some chalets show 20 m. Others show 400 m and are still described as close to the slopes. Both can make a good week. They are not the same morning with three children and a boot bag. If a page shows you a distance and you want to know what those metres are made of, stairs, a road to cross, a walk in ski boots or a shuttle, ask us about that chalet.

Two separate things here, and it is worth keeping them apart. This site is published by Maison TALLI, a sole trader under German law, owned by Sonny Ubertalli and registered in Hamminkeln. The VAT number is DE337178808 and you can check it yourself on the European VIES register. Courchevel.Rentals is the name of this site, not a second company. The rental is the other thing. The rental agreement is between you and the agency or property owner named on your rental contract, not Maison TALLI. That agency or owner invoices the accommodation, receives the deposit and the balance, holds the security deposit and makes any refund due directly to you. Accommodation money never passes through Maison TALLI. We do not own the properties listed here: we find the one that fits, put you in touch, coordinate the booking and look after you in the resort. Our own terms are governed by French law, with the courts of Chambéry, and the publisher details are in the Legal Notice.

You pay the rate you see, and it is the same rate you would pay going to the property direct. We do not add a margin on top of it, and there is no booking fee and no service fee from us on the accommodation. We do not own these chalets. We work with the owners and the agencies in Courchevel, and it is the property side that pays our commission on the accommodation, never you. Our own concierge services are a separate matter: where one is agreed with you and is paid, Maison TALLI invoices it separately from the accommodation. So what do you get for coming through us. The whole market instead of one catalogue, someone who tells you which of them actually fits your group, and someone in the resort while you are here.

One person, and you get his name and his number before you arrive, not a shared inbox. Sonny Ubertalli was born in Albertville and grew up in Courchevel. He has worked over 14 years in luxury hospitality. He is on the ground in the resort during the key periods of the season, and he stays your contact during your stay, not only for the booking. That is what counts on the days that go wrong: a Saturday changeover that slips, a flight that lands late, a boiler that stops at seven in the morning. Once your week is booked, the number you hold is his own rather than a duty desk. Call it at two in the morning and he answers. He will not promise you a plumber at that hour, because nobody can. What he promises is that you reach him, and that he tells you what happens next.

There are none on this site, and that is deliberate. We run no review system here, we publish no selected quotes, and there is no star rating on any page. A review you can only read on the seller's own site is worth very little, and we would rather show you nothing than show you that. In August 2026 we also took a satisfied guests counter off this site, because no source stood behind the number. What is left on these pages is meant to be checkable: published prices, distances in metres, a VAT number, and terms you can read before you pay.

Fewer than the word usually suggests, and we would rather say so here than let you find out on the first morning. We take ski-in ski-out to mean leaving on skis and coming back on skis, not a hundred metres and a shuttle. 23 properties are verified ski-in/ski-out by a recorded field check. Separately, on the 141 properties whose door-to-piste distance is actually recorded, 58 sit 50 metres or less from a piste: that is a recorded distance, not a verified ski-in/ski-out status. The remaining 127 properties carry no distance at all and are left out of that count rather than treated as zero. Data as of 31 October 2026. Courchevel advertises 90 percent of its accommodation as ski-in/ski-out; we publish only what is checked or recorded. Our ski-in ski-out page lists both, apart.

Many of our luxury chalets feature complete wellness facilities: indoor swimming pools, hot tubs, hammam, sauna, and massage rooms. Our chalets with spa offer the ultimate après-ski experience. We can also arrange professional therapists for in-chalet treatments.

97 of the 267 properties in our catalogue list a ski room and 118 list a boot heater in their property data (equipment data read on 27 October 2026). A missing entry is not an absence: 113 property files carry no data for these spaces.

17 chalets list a fitness room in their property data, 12 of them in Courchevel 1850 (equipment data read on 27 October 2026). For an apartment, the fitness room can be the residence's.

Daily housekeeping depends on the service level of the property. Comfort and Essential are self-catered; for those two levels, ask Sonny to confirm what the property file includes. Prestige brings breakfast service, prepared on site or delivered depending on the property, with daily housekeeping. Excellence, the top level, is half board: breakfast, tea-time and lunch or dinner; every property file lists a private chef and a butler or chalet manager, and housekeeping and a chauffeur are listed on many of them, not all. Groceries and ingredients are not listed as included on the property file. Ask Sonny to confirm the food-cost arrangement for the property. Ski instructors, childcare and spa treatments can be requested through Sonny, subject to availability.

Courchevel 1850 is the most prestigious village, home to the finest boutiques, Michelin-starred restaurants, and the most exclusive addresses. Courchevel Moriond (1650) offers a more relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere with excellent skiing, and it costs less than 1850 at the same service standard. Both provide direct access to the full Three Valleys ski area.

For families, we often recommend Courchevel Moriond, La Tania, or Courchevel Village. These areas offer gentler slopes, excellent ski schools, and a more relaxed pace. La Tania is a compact, purpose-built ski resort that carries the core services needed for a self-contained ski stay.

All Courchevel villages offer excellent ski access to the Three Valleys, 600km of interconnected pistes. Courchevel 1850 provides the most central access to challenging terrain. For families or mixed-ability groups, Moriond offers excellent intermediate skiing with easy connections throughout the domain.

Everything that surrounds the property: airport transfers, private ski instructors, restaurant reservations, spa treatments, childcare, equipment delivery, helicopter excursions, and custom experiences. Sonny makes each request on your behalf, subject to availability and the partner's conditions.

Yes. Tables at Courchevel's best-known restaurants, Le Chabichou, Le 1947, Bagatelle, Azimut, are hard to get in peak weeks. Sonny asks the restaurant for you and tells you what comes back: the table depends on what is free that night and on the restaurant's own conditions.

Because the search goes wider than one platform and one catalogue. A listing site shows you what has been loaded onto it. We work across the owners and the agencies in the resort, and part of what we place is never listed publicly at all. Then there is everything after the booking: one person in the resort, by name, while you are here. What we will not claim is that we have walked through all 260+ properties in the catalogue. Nobody has. Ask about the one you are looking at and you will get what we know about it, and what we do not.

Not the way most sites answer this. The catalogue holds 260+ properties and we have not walked through every one of them, so we are not going to tell you we have. What is checked is the data you decide on: the price is live, the distances to the piste and the lift are in metres and come from the property record, and availability is checked against the real calendar rather than hidden behind a form. Some of these places we know first hand, and for those we will tell you things that are not written on the page. Ask about the chalet you are looking at and you get one of two answers: what we know, or that we do not know yet.

Yes, one person rather than a team, on the ground in the resort during the key periods of the season. What that gives you is not a slogan. It is knowing which side of a village suits a family with small children, which chalets get the afternoon sun on the terrace, and which table is worth the trouble on a Saturday night in February.
