Nogentil is, for me, one of the areas of Courchevel 1850 with the most character. It feels slightly more removed from the centre, but that is also part of its appeal: there are more individual chalets, less passing traffic and a stronger sense of being in the mountains.
The ski access is particularly interesting because it is not all the same. Some chalets have genuine ski-in/ski-out access, while others have what I would describe as hybrid access: for example, a ski departure through a forested section from the ski room, but a short walk required on the return.
Nogentil also has a different atmosphere from denser parts of Courchevel 1850. In places you get a real forest feeling, open mountain and valley views, and more space around the chalets.
For guests who value charm, privacy and a more mountain-like setting, while still wanting strong ski access, Nogentil is an area I look at very closely.

Local experience
Nogentil is a good example of why ski access needs to be assessed property by property. Some chalets offer genuine direct access, while others have hybrid arrangements where the ski departure is very convenient but the return requires a short walk.
Some Nogentil chalets have ski access through a more wooded setting, which reinforces the feeling of staying in the mountains rather than in the centre of the resort.
Perce Neige illustrates this distinction well. Sonny has verified a ski departure from the chalet area, but the return is not fully ski-in: guests finish with a short walk of approximately 20 metres.

Nogentil and Bellecôte can both offer strong ski access, but the atmosphere is quite different.
Bellecôte feels more open and is particularly practical when easy piste access is the main priority.
Nogentil feels more secluded and more mountain-like. There are more individual chalets, less passing traffic in parts of the neighbourhood, and some properties have forest surroundings and wide mountain or valley views.
I would therefore look at Bellecôte first when simplicity of ski access is the priority, and Nogentil when the guest also values character, privacy and the feeling of staying in the mountains.

Local experience
For me, Nogentil feels considerably more open than Chenus. Chenus is compact, with narrow roads and many properties close together, while Nogentil has more individual chalets and, in places, more space and open views.
Both can provide strong ski access, but the overall residential experience is different.
